Andrea founded Larson + Kerrison Design by combining her 20+ years of experience in design, project management and real estate sales and leasing.

She holds degrees in Interior Design, Business Communications, and Investment Real Estate and is a fully licensed real estate agent.

She is gifted not only in interior design but in every detail of project management. She understands the importance of developing a collaborative team of architects, builders, professional tradespeople, and various jurisdictions all working towards a common goal.

Her attention to detail is unsurpassed and combined with her integrity and negotiating skills she offers an uncommon experience. Whether she is renovating a building, a home or representing a client in a real estate transaction she puts her clients first, the welfare and interest of her clients are her top priority.

The business of design, construction and real estate can be intimidating and complex. She stands by her clients from conception to completion ensuring the project objectives are met, value is maximized, and the client’s investment is protected.
