I started a real estate investment business by leveraging existing real estate assets I owned. I purchased mid-to-large single-family homes requiring sweat-equity, skilled labor for modifications to get properties rent-ready in 45 days or less.

I leveraged assets and grew investments from 1 home to 12+ including a few flips $0-2.5M+.
The design business encompassed numerous projects featured in local and national design magazines.
After the successful sale of my real estate portfolio, I began Phase two which was building a design renovation business using my sales, design, and project management expertise to design and build renovations for large residential and commercial projects.
I managed all phases of project work including:
Design, Project Management, hiring contractors, vendors, proposals, and contracts.
