My Strategic Process – PAR

Research & Analysis

After extensive interviews with key executives, I launch an extensive research project to outline business requirements, product features, naming conventions, and value proposition all designed to provide a competitive advantage for the client. Once completed, I am prepared to submit a proposal that maps out specific project challenges with my solutions. This creates a realistic “hands on” experiential learning process for everyone concerned. This makes me an insider and a trusted advisor.

Action

Roadmap planning

Once we agree on the priority and severity of the project issues, I convert the agreed upon proposal into a business agreement and underlying action steps.  These are called Project Charters – individual projects with scope, project team members, precise deliverables, dates of completion, accountability, and ways to measure progress.  These action steps are like small clockwork wheels all ticking together to assure project implementation success.

Results

Execute & Monitor

This is the essence of delivery. What was promised in the proposal must now manifest. Hands-on project management, delivery, project reporting, milestone completion, and detailed contingency plans are what follow. Contingencies (change orders) are documented and put into action, as well.  This ensures completion of the project on time and within agreed-upon budgets. Reports, meetings, and continuous communication are the heartbeat of all successful projects.
